Celebrate International Surf Day at Brick Beach III
Saturday, June 21, 2008 - 12:00 pm* – Dusk

Enjoy an amazing day of surfing, learning and sharing!

All Day Activities:
- Visit our beautiful beach and enjoy the sun and surf.
- Learn about and share ideas in our open forums to discuss environmental issues threatening our beaches and oceans and how you can help.
- Learn about seaside wildlife from local naturalists.
- Enjoy children’s activities and games.
- Free giveaways and demos from Billabong and local surf shops.
- Visit our snack bar for delicious food.
- AND MORE!

Scheduled Activities:
- Complimentary 1.5 hour Introductory Surfing and Ocean Safety Clinic. Your choice of 12:30 - 2:00 pm OR 3:00 - 4:30 pm. Space is limited. First come, first served. One clinic per person.
- Sea-to-Summit Environmental Presentation at 12:00 and 2:30 pm.
- Beach Cleanup starts at 5:00 pm, please bring your own gloves.

Directions to Brick Beach III

From GSP heading south: Exit at exit 89, and follow signs to Brick. Once off the ramp and on Cedarbridge Ave., continue all the way to Route 35. Turn right on 35 (south) and follow that approximately 1.5 miles. Turn left just past the 2nd parking lot in the median. You will see the pavilion on the north bound side

From GSP heading north: Exit at Exit 82 for Route 37 east. Follow route 37 east to route 35 north/Lavalette. Once on 35 north you will travel about 7 minutes (not sure of the exact distance). You will pass a Wawa on the left side and the beach entrance will be on the right approximately 1 mile.

Route 35 heading south: Follow directions above from GSP south bound.

We will have an ISD Banner hanging on the Pavilion. So if you pass the parking lot but see the banner just make u-turn and come on back
