Volunteers Needed!
Folks, the Chapter runs an event every year called Asbury Park Family Day at the Beach. Originally there was no surfing beach in AP and we helped establish one. We decided to give back to the community by hosting surfing clinics and water safety lessons for local kids. It has become much more with other activities, games, environmental lessons and a beach clean up.

It will be on Saturday, July 24th 12 noon to 5 PM (Rain date: Sunday 7/25/2010) and we can use a few extra volunteers. Help us register participants, teach kids to surf, or just be an extra set of hands. Please contact Joe Woerner if you want to help, joe.m.woerner@gmail.com
It really is a great day at the beach!
